Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return your Chillseeker backpack within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email support@chillseeker.store with your order number, or start a return from your account. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without a return request first can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us right away with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

1-year limited warranty

Your Chillseeker is covered for 1 year from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. To make a claim, email us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.

EU customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason, in addition to the 30-day window above.
